Usomabushi-hen is a doujinshi written by Shiroshi and illustration by Suzuragi Karin. It is a one-shot that focuses on Hōjō Satoshi and Sonozaki Shion after  he wakes up from his Hinamizawa induced coma.

In this arc, the plot focus around Hōjō Satoshi and Sonozaki Shion after the former wakes up from his Hinamizawa Syndrome induced coma. However, he appears to have memory loss and does not remember Shion, and soon begins to feel paranoid.
