A vehicle driven by the Yamainu, it is a black van shown in Minagoroshi-hen.
It is described as having a lot of high-tech equipment.
Takano uses this as her base of operations for the Great Hinamizawa Disaster, she gives all her orders from the communicator inside this van.
Takano and Okonogi mention that once the phone lines in Hinamizawa have been cut, the only way to contact the outside is by using the equipment inside this vehicle.

Kichi Ichi (吉一), or "Number One Good Fortune," is advertised as an expensive and traditional Japanese restaurant in Okinomiya. The full title on the sign is 日本料亭吉一 ( にほんりょうていきちいち・Nihon Ryōtei Kichi Ichi) where 日本 (nihon) means "Japan," 料亭 (ryōtei) is a fancy traditional Japanese restaurant.
In the Invasion of Earth episode of Tsumihoroboshi-hen, Mion, her mother Sonozaki Akane, and Kasai Tatsuyoshi meet and have dinner with Ōishi, Kumagai Katsuya, and Komiyama to discuss Ryūgū Rena.
In the Sound Novels, the place is never referred to by name, and is known simply as "a restaurant run by the Sonozaki Family"

Land of the Dead
In Yoigoshi-hen, after the tragedies that had claimed over 2000 lives, Hinamizawa has, as Sonozaki Mion explains, ended up with "one leg in the land of the dead."
Throughout the storyline, there is evidence of lingering spirits. While inside the Saiguden, Mion is briefly visited by the smiling spirit of Furude Rika, who helpfully supplies her with a needed scroll. Both Yae and Otobe Akira are given chances to speak with people who have died, and these conversations helped encourage them to make significant changes to their lives.

Okinomiya Hotels
There are several hotels shown throuout the story of Higurashi, all located in Okinomiya.
In Himatsubushi-hen, Akasaka stays undercover in a hotel, and gives daily reports to his superiors using the hotel's phone line.
In Minagoroshi-hen, Rina and one of her lackeys hide in a hotel after stealing large amounts of money from the Sonozaki Family, this location was discovered however, and she was promptly tortured, killed and disposed of in the city's sewers. The fate of her accomplice is left unknown.
In Matsuribayashi-hen, Tomitake reveals that every year he uses a hotel in Okinomiya to give his reports to Tokyo, keeping his photographer front. After he discovers Takano's plan, he swaps hotels constantly to keep her of his trail.
Because the same Background is used in all of these instances, there is the possibility that some of these characters may have used the same hotels.

Shirakawa Park
Shirakawa Park is a place outside of Hinamizawa, where the Hojo couple went for a trip with their daughter, Satoko. The second year of the curse took place here. It is named after Shirakawa-go, a real life village in which Hinamizawa is based on.
Sonozaki Family Office
The Sonozaki Family Box Office Building (園崎興行ビル・ Sonozaki Kōgyō Biru), colloquially known as the Sonozaki Family Office (園崎組事務所・ Sonozakigumi Jimusho) is an establishment located in Okinomiya owned by the Sonozaki family. It is first shown in Kamikashimashi-hen as a modern high rise office building in the heart of Okinomiya. As a result of the events of Outbreak, it becomes a shelter for the people of Okinomiya and the surrounding areas from the violence and chaos outside.
Not much is said about the establishment itself other than it being large enough to provide refuge for plenty of people and being one of the most secure locations in Okinomiya at the time of the outbreak. There is also a powerful illegally remodelled radio along with top quality communication equipment there which Tomitake later uses to contact "Tokyo", but this could have been an amenity arranged by the family in the event of a calamity.
