The Maebara House is a large house in Hinamizawa called "the Maebara Mansion" by villagers. The house was built by the Maebara Family after they moved from their home in Tōkyō. Due to its size, many villagers assume that the Maebara family is rich; however, they are middle-class. Maebara Ichirō, has an art gallery, and sometimes his clients visits it.

Trivia

In Onikakushi-hen, and similar timelines, the mansion becomes a murder scene after Keiichi beats Mion and Rena to death.
In Tatarigoroshi-henTatarigoroshi-hen, Keiichi suspects his family is better off than most when he thinks about Rena's retort to his demand that the Sonozaki family take care of Satoko that he has plenty of empty rooms;
In Onidamashi-hen and its answer.png.png arc Oniakashi-hen, it is Rena who attempts to kill Keiichi.
It is built on the lot where Maebara Ichiro saw Rika and Hanyū playing together.
